IRIS OPERATION

RUNNING IRIS

  • Double click on your Iris desktop Icon or select to windows search button and type Iris
  • Select Yes at prompt
  • Should see a wait message box and notification on bottom right task bar, and then the Iris Icon in the task bar, signifying that the Iris sensor engine is running.
  • If an old version of Iris is currently installed, Iris may shutdown, download the latest version and then restart. Please be patient while it does this

OPENING The Iris Control Panel

  • Select the Iris Icon on the bottom right hand side of taskbar
  • Select Open Control Panel (The Heads Up Display)
  • Login or Signup if this is the first time you are opening the Control Panel
  • This will put you into the main Iris Home
  • You may close the control panel at any time, but the Iris sensor engine will continue to run

STOPPING IRIS

  • Select the Iris Icon on the bottom right hand side of taskbar
  • Select Quit Iris. Iris may take upto 20 seconds to fully save its state and exit.
